The activity is focused on developmental (legal-historical, historical) issues of gender, social and political emancipation during the 20th century. It pursues several goals: to prepare high-quality and critical editions of historical texts through archival research, from the legal point of view documenting the emancipation of women and broader questions of ideas about possible legal forms of social and political emancipation of groups not controlling means of production. Three editions of these historical documents with a note-taking apparatus and an accompanying professional study will make these materials available to a wide audience and will thus stimulate further social and professional debate.
