Main Researcher:
PhDr. Vlastimil Hála, CSc. (Institute of Philosophy)

Research activity deals with a topic of moral responsibility and moral conflicts, and specifically a topic of human development by the means of learning in transnationalized public policies. The activity will contain a workshop with researchers from the Slovak Academy of Sciences. It will focus on the contexts and consequences of transnationalization of public policies addressing human development (a development of human potential) advanced by learning. It focuses mainly on character and possibility of successful governance in the conditions of transnational spaces with an establishment and implementation of policies concerning deterritorialization of power and an establishment of “global polity”. The research activity includes cooperation with the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University, particularly with Martin Kopecký, PhD.
